MY PRIVILEGE
I have the privilege of reading and studying God's Word to allow me every opportunity to be informed and aware when life throws me darts and destruction. I can recognize beforehand, when I am tempted to "go my own way and do my own thing." I acknowledge that the Bible reflects accurately and honestly every possible human character trait (both good and bad), and more importantly, demonstrates God's unfailing love and deliverance given to those who chose, by Faith, to trust and believe Him. I know in advance what the outcome will be to choices I face. I can daily chose to accept the POWER and Presence of the indwelling Spirit. I can ask for the Spirit to manifest Himself when I am challenged by temptations to sin. I can Praise and Thank our Lord at the onset, during, and following every trial and victory because He will inhabit (enthrone Himself) in my PRAISE! [Psalm 22:3 (KJV)]. I thank God that this life with Christ will never be about me, how good I am ("All of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags..." Isaiah 64:6 (NIV); but rather how faithfully I ask for and allow the Spirit to cover me with the Righteousness of Christ!
